We are made up of our past, present and future experiences and memories, our life impressions (struggles and victories, our pleasures and stresses), influences, environment, relationships, and so much more. Holistic healthcare recognizes that all aspects of ourselves contribute to our health and well-being. So if we look at only at the body’s physical symptoms, we may smother a symptom but are not healing the issue. We need to heal from the roots up in order to truly grow. Each person is unique and deserves care and attention that reflects who they are.

My only interest in utilizing holistic healing is because of how it has helped me in my own life and health. My daily practices keep me grounded and focused, and constant attention to my health keeps my body and mind strong. I have studied healing arts for over 2 decades and have the experience to share my knowledge with you. My passion is to see each of us return to our whole and best selves, so we can recognize the love inside of us.
As an eternal student of the Spirit, my path has been a deep-dive into healing and spiritual practices.

The modalities that I have studied and mastered are various: Yoga, Breathwork, Reiki, BodyIntuitive, and beyond. You can read about each one here.

You can choose which modality speaks to you for a session. If you’re open, many times a session will integrate aspects of more than one modality.

For example, a Reiki session may include a bit of BodyIntuitive to move the energy we find, or an Aromatherapy session may also include Meditation and Breathwork to deepen the healing. Each session is as unique as you!
Oftentimes a client finds me when they are already in need of great help. You may need a custom “recipe” for healing in order to quickly climb out of poor health, and I can recommend either a combination of modalities I offer, and/or may recommend other colleagues, life habits, nutrition and diet changes, and therapies to assist you.

We often say that holistic healing requires patience and determination. Our body-mind will begin to clear the toxicity and blockages from the superficial levels inward, beginning in the first session. You may notice immediate results, like relaxation, sleeping better, less pains, etc. But most often, after 3 sessions or more the long-lasting effects begin to take place.

We must re-train our mental and emotional bodies to the new, healthy habits we are adopting.

Each client is unique depending on what they are addressing in the sessions as well. During your Initial Free Consultation, I will give you my best advice on what to expect.
Yes, you can. One session can be for relaxation, relief, pleasure, or a general upkeep. However please note that for deeper or chronic issues, in our consultation I will likely recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to start the healing journey.
I currently reside in New York City and am available for sessions by appointment, or on demand, on a case-by-case basis.

Approximately once a month, I am in Miami, Florida, and see clients there, either in a private setting or via Zoom, and other video/voice conference platform.

In energy healing, we also work with distance or remote healing sessions. This means you can be in the comfort of your home while I work with your energy from my own space. Afterwards you will receive an audio recording/personalized call/email with my findings and recommendations. After that, I like and to hear your feedback.

Depending on your session choice and package, I will then send you information for the deposit and payment. You can read my Reservation & Cancellation Policy here.

Note: If you need to cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours prior to the session, you will receive credit for your full deposit minus $25 rescheduling fee.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours, 50% of your deposit will apply to a next session.
